Holland Marketing collects the information you submit in forms, accounts, course purchases, and invited client workspaces to provide the requested service. Inquiry records are saved even if email delivery is delayed. We use Cloudflare for hosting, database, private file storage, security verification, and course video; Resend for transactional email when connected; Stripe for class payments when enabled; and QuickBooks for service billing when connected. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. A first-party cookie remembers only a broad visit-source category for 30 minutes, without a unique visitor identifier. Public measurement records event types, class identifiers, and broad source labels without names or email addresses. Private conversations are excluded from public analytics. We do not sell personal information or run advertising trackers. Course-launch notifications and newsletters require separate consent. Each confirmation includes a link to unsubscribe. Team administrators can see their assigned learners’ basic progress. Client workspaces are invitation-only. Contact amber@hollandmarketing.us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Required accounting and signed-document evidence may need to be retained. Retention choices are reviewed before sales activation. This policy will be updated when configured services or business practices change.
