Individual class access is for one named learner. Team access provides the number of seats and access period displayed with the offer. The purchaser manages invitations and only uses a learner seat when assigned one. Each learner has an individual, verified account. Pending invitations reserve seats for seven days. A team administrator may cancel an invitation or reassign a seat before learning has started. Reassignment after a learner starts requires an owner-reviewed exception. Learning history is preserved. Resources are for the licensed learner’s or organization’s internal use and may not be resold or publicly redistributed. Access is time-limited as stated in the purchased offer; lifetime access is not implied. Completion is not a professional certification. A learner may have one active playback session, with a short grace period and an option to move playback to another device. These controls discourage casual sharing; they do not prevent every form of copying. Refund terms are configured per offer and saved with the purchase.
